We want you to be happy with iSpot. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for a paid subscription.
30-day money-back guarantee
You can request a full refund of your most recent payment for the iSpot Pro Plan within 30 days of the charge, for any reason — no questions asked. After 30 days, we generally do not refund past billing cycles, but you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider Paddle. Visit paddle.net to manage your subscription and request a refund, or contact us via Contact.
Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method by Paddle. The amount typically appears on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the customer portal in your Administration page. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access to Pro features until the end of the current billing period. Your workshop data is never deleted automatically — your account is simply moved back to the Free Plan.
